There are rampant rumors of bootleg international posters in the collector community. It is focused on the unique art from the east Asia area. This originated from 1 collector and the claims have not been verified and are based on spelling issues on a couple posters and various layouts this person says they would not use as a designer. All posters I have sourced from this market were solicited to me as original theatrical posters. I know with 100% certainty the source has ties to the theatrical distribution market. They have given me no reason to doubt the items they have sourced. That being said, going forward I will now add this disclaimer to these items and if you are not comfortable with this possibility, please do not buy. I put every one of these in my collection and I know there are several folks that still want these unique styles as well. The stock is not unlimited which if they were bootlegs would not make sense. In addition the printing is spot on, the paper is correct, and there are no telling cropping issues.

Shipping Information

  • Multiple item purchases only pay the one $12.00 for the first poster and $2.00 for each additional. ($28/$2.00 international).
  • Poster will be shipped in crush proof tube. Poster is wrapped prior to be putting in the tube and then both ends of the tube will be padded.

    Buyer Advisory - Just a quick warning for fellow collectors getting into the hobby. There are many people selling reprints and commercial posters and may be trying to sell them as original release posters. Please be aware any one-sheet that is not 27" x 40" or 27" x 41" is more than likely a poster of these types (24x36 is the most common size of reprint). While some of these may end up being collectible, at this time there is a very limited market for these items. If the listing does not say original, always ask the seller to verify the authenticity.
