I scanned this in a plastic bag so please ignore the purple flare seen in the picture.  

This is a new, unused, silver rosette used on the Canadian Forces Decoration, the CD.  It is worn on the undress ribbon bar on the uniform when medals are not worn.  The rosette represents a bar on the CD ribbon so, a medal is awarded when the service member has completed 12 years of service.  The bar is awarded when the member has served an additional 10 years and one is added for each 10 years of service.

This rosette is being sold with the 1" piece of ribbon as well so you may add it to your ribbon bar or make an individual ribbon bar.
