Instructions:

1. 1 air compressor is required, the pumping volume is more than 0.4 cubic meters per minute, the pressure is more than 5 kg/square centimeters, and the air pumping volume must be sufficient, otherwise the gun will not move, the material will not come out or it will be blocked in the mixing pipe ,

Requires a compressed air dryer and a two-component pneumatic glue gun

Requires 1500ml two-component conjoined plastic bottle, 24 sections, 2.5mm diameter spiral mixing tube and a set of atomizing head

A microwave oven and an oven are required, and the ambient temperature is above 35 degrees Celsius without heating, or the material temperature is 35-40 degrees Celsius under the sun.

2. First start the air compressor and compressed air dryer, and set the air compressor pressure at about 5-7 kg/cm². Then adjust the pressure of the two-component pneumatic glue gun, and control the pushing pressure and the blowing pressure of the atomizing head to 5.5 kg/cm 2 . Then put the polyurea-filled conjoined plastic bottle into a microwave oven or oven, and preheat the material temperature to about 35-40 °C. Open the sealing cap of the plastic bottle, quickly install the spiral mixing tube on the mouth of the plastic bottle, and tighten it to install the atomizing head. During the installation process, the paint port must be upward, and the static pressure gauge shows 80PSi when spraying, to prevent the mixing head from being blocked by mixing the two components before spraying. Then put it into the two-component pneumatic glue gun, connect the air pipe, and spray. As long as the trigger of the spray gun is pulled, do not stop, keep pulling it until the material is sprayed out.

3. Before spraying, in order to prevent uneven mixing of materials, the materials sprayed in the first 2-3 seconds should be wasted.

A group of 1500ml of material is sprayed in about 2.5-3 minutes. During the spraying process, it can be sprayed repeatedly until it reaches the design thickness, with an average thickness of 1mm. The material consumption of 1 square meter is about 1.2kg, and one group of materials with a thickness of 1mm can be sprayed The area is about 1.2 square meters.

After spraying, the surface dry time is 3-5 minutes.
