These are from the 90s. The safety rating information is on the inside of the tongue-- see photos. They have been worn, but they are in good, wearable condition. See photos for condition. They don't look like they've seen a LOT of wear-- the Vibram outsole is great. I wear a 10 1/2 D in dress shoes, and normally a 10 D in boots like Grant Stones, and these are just a tad too short for me-- the width is great. It is lined with what appears to be a red cotton cloth. I cannot guarantee that it is cotton, though. 

Overall, these are solid, Goodyear welted work boots at a good price.
