Description
An interesting black straw and crinoline over ivory with metallic hat with a carnation on top. The inside circumfernce is about 22 1/2 inches. There are a few holes in the crinoline on the crown, probably from a hat pin; there is a noticeable seam on the crinoline; in my opinion a 1960's hat has been covered with the older black straw and crinoline and an older lining has been added.
