This is a rare and valuable game program from Mario Lemiuex's comeback from retirement on December 27, 2000 - a historic moment for hockey fans worldwide.  This game was played at Mellon Arena and featured the Pittsburgh Penguins v. the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Before the game, the banner of Lemiuex's #66 jersey that had been retired was lowered from the rafters as Lemieux's son, Austin, looked on and Tina Turner's "The Best" played over the speakers.  What a moment!  More great moments were yet to come.  33 seconds into Lemieux' first shift, he would register an assist, one of three points he would score that night, including a goal.  The Penguins would win the game 5-0 and Lemieux would have a stellar season that year during the 2000-01 season.
