Circuit principle:
ICL8038 pin function: 1 pin, 12 pin: sine wave waveform adjustment terminal; 2 pin: sine wave output; 3 pin: triangle wave output; 4, 5: frequency and duty cycle adjustment and adjustment; 6 pin: V+, positive power supply ; 7 feet: frequency offset; 8 feet: frequency adjustment input terminal; 9 feet: square wave output terminal. Change the pin to an open collector output terminal. When working, connect a pull-up resistor to the corresponding positive terminal. On the power supply side, if it needs to be compatible with TTL square wave, the pull-up resistor should be connected to the +5V power supply; pin 10: timing capacitor terminal; pin 11: V one, negative power terminal or ground. When using positive and negative power supplies, the output waveform is symmetrical with respect to V; when using a single positive power supply, pin 11 is grounded, and the output waveform is unipolar, with an average voltage of V+/2, pins 13 and 14: empty pins.
The frequency range of this kit design is 10 KHz-45OKHz, divided into 5 frequency bands, use switch J2 (short circuit) to cut and adjust, RP1 is frequency adjustment, RP2 is square wave duty cycle adjustment, RP3 is square wave linear adjustment, RP4 It is a sine wave distortion adjustment, RP5 is an output amplitude adjustment, the circuit can be powered by a 12-24V single power supply, input by J1; J4 is a waveform output terminal, of which pin 1 outputs a signal with DC bias, and pin 2 outputs a pure signal. It can be switched by J3 (short circuit).
