-Can I use my SIM card in this phone?

It has been proved that all our phones are unlocked and can be used in many different countries. But even if it is unlocked, you need to make sure to choose the correct SIM card network, because  different operators offer different networks and frequencies. Please check whether the network frequency band of your SIM card is compatible with this phone before purchasing.

This android smartphone Compatible with GSM carriers(AT&T and T-Mobile). This unlocked cell phone is also compatible with Metro PCs, Simple Mobile, Cricket, UltraMobile, H2O, Tello, Red Pocket (Only GSM Network), PureTalk, Viya, etc.

This phone is not compatible with 5G/CDMA networks, such as Sprint, Verizon, Straight talk, Visible, Assurance wireless, Spectrum, Tracfone, Xfinity, Boost Mobile, etc.

-Can I use this android cell phone to play large games or connect a game console (such as Xbox)?

This unlocked smartphone is very cost-effective, but it is not recommended to play large games or connect game consoles. The CPU currently configured can't handle the work with high running memory, which may affect your game experience. If you mind, please don't buy it. Thank you for your understanding ~

- Can I use 2 SIM cards and SD/TF card at the same time?

This phone use SIM 2 and SD/TF card share the same slot, so you can use dual SIM card or use 1 SIM card and 1 SD/TF card at the same time.

-If I buy a moblie phone, will I get a phone case?

Yes, generally speaking, we will give away phone cases, screen protective films, chargers and earphones for all Smartphones.

- Can I use YouTube, WhatsApp and Facebook on this Cell phone?

All our phones support these apps, and Google play store is pre-installed on this Android phone, you can download other compatible app from Google store if you need.Or you can ask by email, and we will give you the corresponding installation package or software.

- Storage is 32G/ 64G/ 128G in description, why it is less when I check?

The storage stated in description refers to a whole storage without installing any app. But normally, we will pre-install some common apps, which will cover some storage. Besides, system will also cover a larger storage.

• If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 3-5 days. To save your time, please enclose pictures to show the damaged package and product or the defects of the item. So that we can solve the problem for you after conform the condition from the pictures.

• All return items MUST be in original condition which means the item is never installed or used and in the original packaging.

  (If the package is RETURN for personal reasons. We may charge 10%-15% restock fee if package has been opened since we could not sell it as new condition anymore. )
