Description:
TP5000 is a switch step-down single-cell lithium manganese battery / lithium iron phosphate battery charge management chip. Its QFN16 ultra-small package and simple peripheral circuits make the TP5000 ideal for high-current charging management applications in portable devices. At the same time, TP5000 has built-in input overcurrent, undervoltage protection, chip overtemperature protection, short circuit protection, battery temperature monitoring, battery reverse connection protection.
The TP5000 has a wide input voltage. The battery charging is divided into three stages: trickle precharge, constant current, and constant voltage.
