*Note: Only use polyester base sound films as acetate base films will emit a high-pitched squealing sound.  Can be used with polyester or acetate silent films. .

**Note: This version of the 708 EL family was marketed in 1993 and is the improved version of the Beaulieu 708 EL Capstan Drive Stereo. This improved version has Moveable Shutter Blades (From 3 Blades to 2, when projecting at 24 fps around 20% more light reaches the screen), very fast pull down (the tiny Super 8 Frame can be held for a longer time in the gate with the shutter open), pressure gate on the lamp site (the distance from the Film Emulsion is always constant).

***Note: The Fast Rewind facility on this particular model requires you to put the Master Switch to Reverse while pulling towards you the Fast Rewind Control Knob and holding it pulled towards you for the entire rewind to complete to eliminate friction regardless of spool size.  Best used with Rewind Arms as this can be temperamental.
