PRINTED BETWEEN 1967 AND 1975 BASED ON 10-DIGIT ISBN AND LACK OF UPC. THIS WAS NEVER PLAYED WITH AND NEVER OWNED BY A CHILD.

CONDITION IS NEAR FINE.

EXTERIOR HAS VERY LIGHT SOILING, MINOR EDGE WEAR AND LIGHT PAPER TONING. THE COLORED TITLES PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE A DARKER AND MORE SOLID APPEARANCE.  (PHOTO 1) IT IS NOT WEAR TO THIS BOOK BUT LIKELY ONE OF A GROUP THAT WAS NOT PERFECTLY PRINTED FOR THE COVER ILLUSTRATION.  INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL PEEL OFF PRICE LABEL

INTERIOR INTERIOR IS IN FINE CONDITION WITH LIGHT PAPER TONING. THE ONLY FAULT I FOUND WAS A TINY CREASE IN THE TIP OF THE TALE OF A FISH PULL TAB (PHOTO 8 & 9)

RANDOM HOUSE: POP-UP HIDE AND SEEK- A CHILD'S FIRST COUNTING BOOK

OWNED BY SOMEONE WHO WORKED FOR RANDOM HOUSE AND TOOK THE POP-UP AND CHILDREN'S BOOKS HOME. HIS CHILDREN NEVER SAW THEM BUT THEY ALSO SPENT 50 YEARS BOUNCING AROUND AND THEREFORE OCCASIONALLY HAVE EXTERIOR WEAR.

PLEASE USE TWO HANDS TO OPEN ALL OF THE "POP-UPS" THE FIRST TIME AS THEY MAY HAVE GOTTEN STUCK IN PLACE OVER THE PAST 50 YEARS.  OTHER THAN MINOR AGE RELATED PAPER TONING, THE INTERIOR PAGES ARE FINE

As an "over fifty year old" printing of a child's book that is intended to be manhandled, you likely won't find a copy in better condition

xbag

PLEASE NOTE: For book sales, I virtually always include a vinyl bag tightly wrapped on the exterior. This is an attempt to prevent any USPS employee from opening the package for inspection as it would be time consuming for them to repackage it. This is done simply because my packaging is done more carefully than their repackaging and also to protect the book from the elements. The vinyl bag covers cardboard protection and you can simply cut the  bag open (carefully) and remove the contents. The cardboard protection is also typically held with tape and cutting in the obvious places will allow the cardboard to pop right open, exposing the book (in another protective vinyl bag). Using this method, you should be able to open any book I send in under a minute. No "buzz saw" is required.  Thank you
