• «  The seller pays all shipping fees for returned items (*Unless otherwise noted)

*If a Shipping Fee was originally added to the order, we'll cover the return shipping costs, however, if shipping was FREE initially, the Buyer (you) will be responsible for paying the return shipping!

• « All items MUST be returned within 30-days of Delivery!

• « Item(s) Returned for ANY REASON MUST be in the SAME condition as they were when shipped.

*If we sell something in NEW condition, we expect it back in NEW condition!

• « If you are returning your order(s), we strongly encourage you to take pictures of ANY & ALL item(s) contained in your order before you ship it back to us!

*If you opt not to take pictures of your potential returns, you WILL BE held liable for any damages that were caused during the return shipping

• « PARTIAL RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on STANDARD LOTS, SPECIALS, or CUSTOM-LOTS.

• «  NO Refunds will be issued UNTIL we have PHYSICALLY RECEIVED your returned item(s);   

*We will need to inspect the item(s) in order to match up any serial number(s), or part numbers, etc.

*And we will need to inspect for any damage to your returned item(s) before we can release your refund!

• «  DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items will automatically qualify for an EXCHANGE

*Exchanges qualify for an item that is either identical, or remarkably similar in type and function.

NOTE:

*DOA Insurance ONLY APPLIES to electronics, PCs, computer components, etc.

*In the event an item is DOA, we would first attempt to send an exact replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement, we will then offer you a replacement item of equal value and of approximate or equal function. (i.e., If you receive a GPU and it is DOA, we are not going to offer you a PlayStation or a Power Supply as a replacement. However, in the event we cannot offer an exact replacement, nor could we find a suitable secondary replacement - we would give you the option to have the DOA item replaced by anything in our inventory if it is of equal value and if you approve of it. Lastly, if there is nothing in our inventory that would suffice as a fair and reasonable replacement, and we are unable to come to some type of arrangement, then we would go ahead and offer a full refund.

• Items damaged during shipping qualify for either a replacement (equal type and/or value!)

*We would provide you with an identical issue (if possible.)

*Or we will submit you with a refund if a suitable replacement is not available. 

NOTE: We handle this kind of situation at our discretion, based on the circumstances, and on a per/order level, either way, you're covered against damages [DURING SHIPPING] 

• We will Honor Free Returns, but all returns MUST BE sent back within 30 days of delivery!

(Delivery Date = The day package arrives at your address.)

·         Our Grading when listing comics is intentionally on the conservative side,

(i.e., if a comic is in a solid 9.0, I would still intentionally list it as an 8.5 - just to be on the safe side of the inherent   subjectivity that exists within the grading spectrum from one individual to the next.)

·         Our grading is also extremely accurate (mostly from 30+ years of experience)

PLEASE, if you have ANY ISSUES at all, regarding the grading/condition, etc., of any comics, or other item(s),

contact us ASAP so we can resolve these issues!

Disclaimer: 

While we do our best when grading RAW comics, and while we are very consistent and confident at assigning an approximate grade on any of comics that we may sell; we are not licensed or certified professional graders. Unless you're purchasing a CGC/CBCS Slab that has been professionally graded, none of the grades we've assigned (specifically for your reference) are guaranteed!  Due to the inherent subjectivity that exists from one collector to another, and the possibility (no matter how rare) of human error the grades that we've assigned (in addition to the scans/pics we upload w/ each listing) are merely to provide you with an approximation/estimation of what kind of grade one could expect to receive if they were to submit the comics to CGC for grading!
