This really neat, straw, GB Victoria, 1867-1873, 9p., Plate 4 issue was used at the British Post Office in Callao, Peru, between 1867-1873! It's in very fine/extremely fine condition! A nice, partial, "C38," bar numeral cancel(60-65% complete) was applied!
