第一步,把适量的面放到盆里.

第二步,按面粉与酵母200:1的比例取酵母,把酵母放在小碗里用温水和匀.水温与体温差不多就可以.

第三步,把面中间挖个洞,倒入酵母水. 用筷子把酵母水和面和在一起

第四步,准备温水,再倒入挖好的小洞内,用筷子和面,使面成絮状.

第五步,用手把絮状面揉在一起,感觉面比较软后,再用力把面揉好.揉成团状.

第六步,把面上盖上一层纱布,放置在温暖的地方,一个小时左右.中间可以打开看看,面粉中间有没有形成蜂窝状,如果是,那就代表面发酵好了.
