COMETBUS #45 punk/hc fanzine- OPERATION IVY*GREEN DAY*PINHEAD GUNPOWDER*Rare+OOP

This was found in an estate from the Bay Area. I have not opened it. It appears to have wrapped in plastic for a long time and is great shape.
I can see no evidence of tampering, but am not knowledged enough on comics to grade.
