1960s Playskool Traffic Control Truck Pull Toy.  Used.  Truck finish is in pretty good condition.  Many sign parts and one headlight are missing.  Does not click when pulled.  Truck: 14"L x 7"W x 9"H.  Driver figure:  4.5"H x about 2" diameter at hat brim.  Truck has 25" pull cord.  Shipping weight:  6 pounds.
