Craftsmanship Details: Our Damascus steel is not merely an
acid etch; it is a genuine combination of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon.
Through a meticulous process, the metals are heated, folded repeatedly to
achieve 384 layers, and then exposed by burning the blade in acid. This method
highlights the distinctive layers, creating the characteristic Damascus
pattern. Following the knife production, we perform a high polish on the
handles, sharpen the blade edge, and remove the acid-burned layer, resulting in
a satin finish.
