Presented is a beautifully rendered
Black Forest Style Pipe with a ceramic or porcelain smoking bowl with a
hallmarked hinged pin lid and fittings and a hand carved smoking stem. This beautiful
pipe is marked on the interior of the hand painted porcelain for Lippert &
Haas founded and working in Schlaggenwald, Bohemia Czechoslovakia c1805-32 and
is topped with a hallmarked vented pierced hinged lid with hallmarks and a great
impressed or chased dedication or saying with three stars, a rams head and the and
a name. The bowl has been broken and repaired in the past and there are some minor
dings in the silver as well as some fine scratches in the silver, ceramic and
wood. All pieces fit well into their respective parts and are slightly loose
and the mouth piece does have some signs of previous use and some ware to
smoking tip. This is a great item for the collector. It makes an elegant display
for almost any décor or setting.

Condition: The bowl has been broken and
