Extreme Networks BlackDiamond 12800 Series I/0 Module GM-20XT #TL-676.

Module was sealed in its box but i opened it to take photos & to check that nothing was broken. Module seems to be in new condition it is still sealed in its factory seal as seen, i have not tested this module. I did not take the plastic off the module due to the warning sticker.
