A super quality cased English solid sterling silver letter opener or skewer. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1977 with the maker’s marks being that of Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It comes with its original box again superb. The letter opener measures approx. 8 inches (20cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.3cm) wide and weighs 32 grams excluding the case. A very well designed piece.
