Women's dress belt by Brighton. Length is 36" and will fit 28" to 32". Buckle is silver as well as belt end. Brighton belts always have a belt stop. The only use I see is a slight scuff near the buckle. The last picture shows this. The original dust bag is included.
All Brighton belts are sewn by hand and the silver parts are silver plated.
