We aim to send all our orders within a 4 working day period.

Please note that our postal days are a Tuesday and a Friday. If an item is paid for on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday then it will be posted on Friday. If it is paid for on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday then it will be posted on Tuesday.

If there are any issues with your item when you have received it you can contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify any problems.

Our aim is to realise the full potential of women by helping them to engage in activities, provide them with opportunities and help them to become independent. We are run by a team of dedicated staff and volunteers who come from a diverse range of backgrounds and have a real passion for our charity.
