Safety features include a lid locking system, over-voltage protection, pressure limiting valve, pressure relief device and more.

Easy to Use Control PanelSelect preprogrammed menu functions or customize time and pressure levels with the +/- buttons. Adjust the default cook time with Less, Normal, or More modes. Are you a busy cook who wants dinner made while you’re out? Use the delay start button to delay cooking (up to 24 hours).

Strong Reliable HandlesOur pressure cooker is sturdy and safe with heat resistant handles. The accessories include a stainless-steel inner pot and steamer to safely cook meals inside food grade materials.

Manual Settings ButtonsUse the Pressure Cook button and the +/- buttons to adjust the cooking time and pressure levels. Our included manual lists cooking times and settings to make meals quickly. You can even cook salmon with the steam mode. The yogurt maker function includes two steps: pasteurize and culture.

Preserving FoodYou don’t need large pots for DIY canning. Our pressure canner preserves food. Sterilize canning jars with the steam setting and a few inches of water. Fill glass jars with prepared foods and hot water, as directed in your recipe. Remove air bubbles. Add the canning lids then pressurize. Steam releases during preheating.

Pressure Limiting ValveThe pressure release valve on the lid provides two ways to release pressure: Natural Pressure Release (auto – it does it all for you) or Quick Pressure Release (set the valve from airtight to exhaust). The safety float valve needs to be down before opening the lid.
