  • Return Label Usage: If you receive a free return label but decide not to return the item, you may be responsible for the return postage costs.

  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Faulty Items: Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing with the faulty item. This helps us process the return swiftly.

Unwanted Goods

If you describe the problem vaguely, such as “Not Working” or “Faulty” without any explanation, it may take us additional time to process your return request as we identify and verify the fault.

 

Items Ordered in Error

If you place an order in error, contact us within 60 days of receipt. We will exchange the product for the correct one and refund the difference where applicable.
