The Phonak TV Connector is a wireless hearing aid streamer that when plugged into the back of your television/computer or laptop/HiFi will direct audio to your Marvel or Paradise hearing aids without the need for a neck loop. It will even stream the zoom calls when you're struggling to hear the audio from your computer! Once paired with your hearing aids, the connector requires no other prompt to start streaming - simply turn on your television and the audio will be streamed directly.
Physcially, the Phonak TV Connector is the smallest TV streamer available on the market and sits neatly and discreetly beside your TV. A Velcro tab comes with the product so you can attach it to the back of your television if you wish to hide it completely.
Volume control buttons can be seen on the top of the unit as can an on/off button so that streaming can be switched off if other members of the household are watching television while you do not wish to. Others can watch the television at their preferred volume alongside you without this affecting their normal volume.

Connecting to the audio source:
The TV Connector can be connected to the audio source by either of the two different audio cable inputs: Optical (Toslink) or Analog (3.5 mm jack). Either of the audio cables can be plugged into the dedicated audio socket on the TV Connector.
To use the Phonak TV Connector for the first time, simply plug the device into the USB in the back of the television or into a wall socket. When powered on for the first time, the connector will automatically pair with Marvel or Paradise hearing aids that are switched on and in range. You will hear an audible tone if wearing the hearing aids as confirmation that the pairing has taken place.
Then connect the device to your television/computer/HiFi with either the optical cable (toslink) or the 3.5mm analog jack and turn the television on. Sound will automatically stream to your hearing aids. Please note that for most televisions, if uséd with the 3.5mm analog jack the sound will not be available from the main television speakers for unaided persons to hear.
Pairing with your aids:
When powered on for the first time, the connector will automatically pair with Marvel or Paradise hearing aids that are switched on and in range. You will hear an audible tone if wearing the hearing aids as confirmation that the pairing has taken place.
If the initial pairing is unsuccessful, or if the hearing aids are not within a 1 metre (3ft) range when the TV connector is first powered, turn your hearing aids off, or place them into your charger. Then press the pairing button on the back of the TV connector. Once pressed, the LED lights will blink blue. Turn your hearing aids on or lift them from the charger. After the initial connection, the TV connector will connect again automatically.

UK Delivery
All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.
All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.
Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.
Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Hearing Aid Accessories aim to include a complimentary power adapter suitable for your region with all applicable electronic items. Please ensure you check your regional power supply voltage prior to use (power adapter is subject to availability).
Alternatively, a universal USB charger cable is included, which you can use in your choice of power supply for your region.
Returns & Warranty
Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.
Please see below for our terms and conditions -
· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.
· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.
· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.
We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse.
Faulty Products:
If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.
An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.
After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.
Please refer to your user guide on the manufacturers warranty and read all terms and conditions applied.
In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.
Repairs:
If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.
Damaged Product:
Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
