 Our foam mattress is designed to give your little one a great night’s sleep leaving them fresh and rested for the day. This Fully breathable material is hypoallergenic.

 Our foam mattress is made up of fully compliant 25HC foam, which is the legal UK requirement. Your baby/toddler is safe at night.

 Our Soft and comfortable supportive foam mattress is ideal for a Cot or Cot bed.

Mattress Features

The outer cover can be wiped clean and is removable for machine or hand washing should this be required

The ‘open cell’ foam structure allows good airflow and helps promote heat dissipation.

The foam is free from antimony, phosphorus, and arsenic based fire retardant treatments and made with an ‘Ozone’ friendly formula.

Any concerns about  your order you will be informed immediately.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:

On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact us on receipt of item. We will need photo evidence for Royal Mail. You will need to return the item to Royal Mail on request along with the packaging. We can then either replace the item or give you refund.

Return postage will be paid by: Buyer
Additional returns policy details: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods should be in their original packaging in an unused condition. Packaging and tags should all be intact and unbroken. Returns will be refunded less postage costs unless it was a fault on our behalf. We are offering free postage on some items, we will not charge on free post but if customer return us that item then we will deduct post charges which is paid by our self, for compensation of our loss. Refunds will be given by the same payment method at the original payment was received. Our main payment option is Paypal. When returning your product please obtain proof of postage for returns as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. We recommend that they are sent back recorded delivery as a large quantity of parcels and letters go astray from Royal Mail each year. We will not refund on items that have obviously  be worn, or if they have make-up on them or are just stuffed into the packaging. Unless faulty we have to be able to resell these products so expect them to be returned to us in the same condition that they were received.

Faulty items will need to be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund.

We cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sell-able.

Return postage cannot be paid for items returned. Within 14 days return/refund is possible.

If you do not receive your item within 14 days, please contact us. A claim through Royal Mail cannot be made before 15 days after posting (25 days for overseas).

Please do not ask us to resend or refund any items until this time period has passed as we cannot comply until we can claim from Royal Mail. After the mandatory time period has passed we will be happy to Help
