We will issue a refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements. We only provide prepaid shipping labels for those returns caused by our error or defective product. All other situations will result in the subtraction of the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the full refund.

The one-year warranty is provided. For any defects found within the warranty period, we will provide a one-time replacement or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser, if the product is used on non-commercial vehicles under normal operating conditions. Warranty related claims may require authentication including, but not limited toMechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video. Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. 

Limitation of liability:

We will not be liable for any damaged caused by normal wear and tear or to products that have been altered, modified, improperly installed, used in applications other than their original intent, and damaged due to vehicle modification or accident. All costs associated with the installation, removal, and replacement for the defective parts are not included in this warranty.No reimbursements will be given for the delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
