I consider this one of the best displays I have had for sale.  Wow this is a very rare, unique, incredible, complete, 20 toy, all in excellent condition, Toy Story 2 McDonald’s Happy Meal Display! Excellent condition.  Only imperfection is on the top awning.  Never used and kept in storage by original owner.  Promotion year is 1999.  Promotion dates were November 26 - December 23, 1999.  

I am the original owner of the display and to the best of my knowledge display is complete with all 20 toys.  I checked this the best I could (toys matched up with promotion material or translite, display matched to historical pictures when available).  The pictures are of the exact display you are getting that goes along with this listing.  Sale is As is so please look at pictures as I want you to be happy with your purchase.
