We currently accept only PayPal payments. You may use your debit or credit card when paying via PayPal. 

If you do not feel pleased with your purchase or our service please contact us so we can remedy the situation.

Before leaving neutral or negative feedback please allow us to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

POSTAGE

Postage is via Royal Mail Signed For with a delivery estimate of 2-3 business days. The buyer pays postage.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be able to help. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted. We treasure your feedback as it helps us to better our relationship with our customers.

We are not professional photographers but we do our best to give you good photos; mostly taken in daylight (with some artificial lighting) to show the item in its natural characteristics. Colours may vary because of difference in screen display.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, if not please return it in its original condition (and packaging if possible). We trust you take responsibility for the safe return of the items.  

Please contact us as soon as you have decided not to keep the item so we can send you the info you need to return it. The return ought to be done within 14 days.  Please include name, user ID, sales record number and reason for return.
