Items will always be well wrapped/in the appropriate packaging needed to get to you safely. I do recycle and reuse packaging when possible.

Postage
I do combined postage, postage costs will depend on the size value and weight of the parcel and will either be sent with Royal Mail or Herms.
(depending on the value items may be sent signed for/tracked for added protection for both buyer and seller)
Returns
I pride myself on honest and true descriptions of all my items therefore unless a mistake has been made by myself or a valid reason given I can no longer accept returns. I am sad to have changed my policy but this is due to having too many returns because the description hasn't been read leading to myself being left with the postage costs.
