Gilt title on red label, 5 raised bands with blind tooling separating 6 compartments, 5 of which have blind tooled detail.
Pagination: iv, Dedication to Lord Clifford (page numbered 72), [v-xi], 12-82pp, 1 page Epilogue, 1 blank ; [13], 14-87pp, 1 page Epilogue; [9], 10-103pp; [9], 10-67pp, 1 page Epilogue; [11], 12-92pp, 2 page Epilogue.
