This listing includes the following incomplete LEGO CREATOR sets: 4956 House and 6754 Family Home. Both sets are used and in good condition, however, some parts may be faded or worn. One of the large base plates is slightly discolored from being bent. Three instruction booklets are included in this listing: two of the four booklets for 6754 Family Home and a booklet from 4996 Beach House (set not included). The instruction booklets are in good condition, with a few folds and signs of wear, except for the first booklet for 6754 Family Home which is missing the front cover. The boxes for these sets are not included.
The following list outlines each set's missing or substituted pieces based on the parts list in the instruction manuals. The parts list for 4956 was accessed using the online instruction manuals on the Lego Website. The element number of the pieces given in the instruction manuals is listed along with a description of the piece.
House 4956
- 1x white holding plate (408501)
- 4x red slanted roof bricks of 2x4 stud length (303721) replaced by 8x red slanted roof bricks of 2x2 stud length (303921) to complete the roof of the house
- 2x dark gray minifigure backplates (4210469)
- 2x brown plates 2x6 length (4211247) replaced by combining brown plates of different lengths to match the 2x6 length. The lengths of the plates used to replace each original plate were 1x2, 1x4, and 1x6 for one 2x6 plate and 2x2, 1x2, and 3x2 for the other 2x6 plate.
- 2x leaves (242328)
- 2x light gray flat plates of 1x8 length (4211481) replaced by combining two 1x4, two 1x1, and one 1x6 light gray flat plates.
Family Home 6754
- 1x white cone (4518400) replaced by 1x white cylinder (306201)
- 1x brown plate 2x8 length (4211204) replaced by a light gray plate of the same length
- 1x cream-colored plate with stud in the middle (4155708) replaced by cream-colored tile plate (4114026)
- 2x cream-colored bricks 1x1 length (4113915) replaced by cream-colored cylinders
- 2x dark gray tile plates 2x2 length replaced by dark gray 2x2 tile plates with a center stud
