A pretty and unusual hand painted porcelain brooch with silver back. It is in an Impressionist Rococo style and would date to the early 20th century, probably pre WW1. The porcelain is slightly convex and features a young child or cherub in a setting of pink roses. The reverse has a simple pin fixing and the setting is a bezel type. There are no marks at all, the back tests as a high grade silver. The painting looks a bit more defined in the flesh compared to the images.
Condition
Porcelain appears good with slight scratches. Some wear to the silver back and some minor deformations around the edge.
