• Our entire inventory is available to our local market and is on-hand availability is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any eBay sale due to a previous local order(s). In the rare occurrence this may happen we may contact you to give you options for a possible special order.
• In stock orders ship within 1 business day. Most ship same day if order is received before 2pm eastern time.
• We only accept PayPal at this time. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card.
• All Buy-It-Now purchases require immediate payment using Paypal. You will be taken to the payment page as soon as you confirm your purchase.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday that we are closed will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• If a part is out of stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it can take up to 7 days to receive. However, most orders are received next business day and will be shipped to you the same day as received.
• Your order may be upgraded to overnight shipping for an additional cost.
• Oversized and items weighing over 70 pounds WILL incur additional freight charges, please see the shipping quote prior to purchase for an accurate shipping amount.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and or oversize orders. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues.
• We only ship within the USA, no international shipping at this time. Shipping costs may be higher to Alaska and Hawaii.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-order or discontinued, we can attempt to locate for you. You will be notified if the item your ordered is not available.
• We DO NOT ship COD. All orders must be paid in full.

• All Genuine GM parts are warrantied by the manufacturer. Warranty policies vary depending on the exact part sold. Warrantied parts will be replaced, not refunded.
• We reserve the right to refuse to sell a particular item due to back-orders or due to previous commitments. As stated above, all parts are subject to prior sale.

• We ship most orders same day if received by 2pm eastern time.
• We use all major carriers - UPS, FedEx or USPS for shipping on all orders at our discretion.
• Sorry but due to GM pricing restrictions, Local Pick-up is NOT available.
• Some items may qualify for free shipping. If available it will be noted in the shipping information of the item you are purchasing.
• Outbound freight is not refundable unless due to an error on our part due.
• We ship Monday through Friday only. Any order received after 2pm, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will ship out the next normal business day.
• We are located in central Florida, depending upon your location, normal ground shipments can take 2 to 10 days for you to receive.

• All Returns must be processed through the eBay system. Please initiate your return using the return function available in the sales record in your account.
• Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with your return.
• All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any outbound freight charges paid by the buyer will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Returned parts must be in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging. After receiving your return, we may reduce the amount refunded if received in other than new saleable condition.
• We do not sell used parts, any part returned that appears to have been used or installed will result in the refund being denied. Scammers beware, we photograph all outbound freight to document condition.
• Electrical parts are NOT returnable unless defective. Electrical parts found to be defective will be replaced not refunded.
• We only sell Genuine GM Factory replacement parts. Any applicable warranty is through GM not FL-GMParts. Defective parts are covered by the specific warranty for that item. Defective parts replaced and are not refundable.
• Parts found to be damaged will be claimed against the shipping company. FLA-GMParts is not responsible for items damaged in shipping/transit.
• We reserve the right to refuse and return back to you any parts we find to have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request musts be received within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. No refunds will be issued for any purchase after the 30 day time period.
• You are responsible for the freight/shipping fee's associated with returning your purchase unless due to an error on our part.
• If you abuse the eBay return system, you will be reported to eBay and blocked from any future purchases from FL-GMParts.
• If you ordered in error, please request the cancellation through the eBay system. We cannot cancel an order for you. We can only cancel if item is unavailable.
