A black Greek ceramic jewelry box / trinket dish reproduction with an engraved and red-painted line image of a helmeted Greek figure (Athena?) and some colorful incised Ancient Greek Key / Meander patterns. It has an an incised mark on the base: "Podios". It is 7 inches wide, 4 inches tall, and has a 5 1/4 inch lid with a round handle, and a 3 1/2 inch flat base. The piece is in good used condition with some scuffs and scratches but with no chips or cracks.
