Phonak's ComPilot II is the multifunctional gadget uséd to improve your entertainment listening experience.

The ComPilot II streamer and neck loop are a matchmade in heaven: with the device around your neck and ComPilot's ultimate connection to Bluetooth, you can answer, and stream phone calls to your hearing aids without having to touch your phone. The high-quality streamed sound will allow you to hear with lowered concentration during phone calls from multiple paired phones. With caller name announcement and SMS announcement alerts, you can continue with your busy working day and remain confident that you will not miss out on that communicative lifestyle.

How to use:

Sound can be streamed from any audio device which can utilise a 3.5mm audio input cable.

Simply insert one end of the audio cable into the ComPilot II and the other into the headphone socket on your audio player and start your chosen music, podcast, or TV show.

You can use the main button on the ComPilot II to stop and start the streaming. You can also stream audio and music via Bluetooth from your mobile phone.

The ComPilot II is the gateway gadget for using other Phonak assistive listening devices such as the Phonak TV Link II, (for use with the TV) and the Phonak RemoteMic II (for listening in noisy environments). These are available to buy separately but require the ComPilot II to connect with the hearing aids. The ComPilot II can further be uséd with Roger or FM receivers via its direct audio input (Europlug).

ComPilot II can be uséd as a remote control with large buttons for increasing and decreasing the volume alongside changing programs. There is a "home" button to the side of the device which can be uséd when you desire to return to the start-up volume level and program. Please note that your hearing care professional must enable the remote-control function on the ComPilot before it can be uséd. If you wish to use this function, please check with your hearing aid provider that can do this before purchasing ComPilot II.

UK Delivery

All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.



All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.


Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.


Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Hearing Aid Accessories aim to include a complimentary power adapter suitable for your region with all applicable electronic items. Please ensure you check your regional power supply voltage prior to use (power adapter is subject to availability).


 Alternatively, a universal USB charger cable is included, which you can use in your choice of power supply for your region.


Returns & Warranty

Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.

Please see below for our terms and conditions -

· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

       Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.

· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.

· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).


Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.

We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.

Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse. 


Faulty Products:

If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.

An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.

After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.

Please refer to your user guide on the manufacturers warranty and read all terms and conditions applied.

In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.


Repairs:

If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.


Damaged Product:

Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
