Silly Willy Workout programs were developed by Brenda Colgate M.A., University of Connecticut, an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor, ACSM Health/Fitness Instructor, Certified Physical Education and Kindergarten Teacher in the Newport Mesa, California Unified School District. Her recordings introduce young children to the fundamentals of fitness while supporting needed language activities. By starting young, Brenda believes that children will develop lifelong wellness habits.
