Item Description

Small and unobtrusive yet stylish too, the ConnectClip is full of the technology to make everyday life that bit easier. Suitable for use by adults and children alike. When the ConnectClip is switched on but not streaming from an audio source, it can be uséd as a remote control for your hearing aids.

You can use it to change the volume, program or mute the sound completely with the ConnectClip. This is a much more discreet way of adjusting your hearing aids. It is also ideal for those who have limited mobility and/or dexterity who may find reaching up to their hearing aids difficult.

Functions:

  • Connects your hearing aids with your mobile phone, tablet or a Bluetooth enabled computer/laptop. Using a Bluetooth low energy connection, stream calls and media as your hearing aids will become a wireless headset.
  • Remote/partner microphone - For improving your listening experience in noisy environments or when a speaker is at a distance in a work or education setting.
  • Remote control - A simple way to adjust your hearing aid volume or programming settings without having to reach up to your ears.
  • Use alongside the Oticon Phone Adapter 2.0 to stream and control calls from your landline telephone.

In the busy and noisy world we live in, an extra boost whilst blocking out annoying background noises is always welcome. This can be achieved with the remote/partner microphone function, which can help lots of different types of lifestyles and has a range of up to 20metres. It creates a direct link between the microphone in the ConnectClip and your hearing aids. Whether worn by a speaker at the conference or by your partner in a busy restaurant, you can be sure to hear the speech you want and not the competing sounds. Does your child have Oticon hearing aids? The ConnectClip can be hugely beneficial for communication within the family. E.g. make conversations between front and back of the car easier by clipping the ConnectClip to your shirt before you set off.

Pairing the ConnectClip:

Full pairing instruction is provided in the clearly written user guide. Once paired to your hearing aids and mobile device, you can enjoy the direct streaming of crisp, clear audio from phone calls as well as music, podcasts, films and any other media you play from your mobile device. You will be alerted to a call by a ring indicator in your hearing aids and can answer calls with the short press of a single button on the ConnectClip and can reject a call with a long press. It could not be simpler.

  • The OticonON app can be uséd with the ConnectClip to adjust streaming and hearing aid volume

Compatibility:

Compatible with models from the Oticon OPN family that have been updated to Firmware 5.0 (or higher) and the NEW Oticon More Hearing Aid.

Also compatible with the NHS Oticon Xceed hearing aids.

UK Delivery

All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.

 

All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.

Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.

Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Returns & Warranty

Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.
Please see below for our terms and conditions -
· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
       Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.
· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.
· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.
We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse. 

Faulty Products:
If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.
An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.
After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.
Please refer to your user guide on the manufacturers warranty and read all terms and conditions applied.
In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.

Repairs:
If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.

Damaged Product:
Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
