Order and Personalisation

1. Please provide the recipient name in the personalisation box. Choose age and relation in select box, next, add to basket.

2. At the last step of checkout before you confirm your order the name you entered in the personalisation box should appear. This mean the box was filled out correctly.

3. Please be aware details should be entered in the personalisation box. If this section is left blank it will mean that NO personalisation is required.

4. Please ensure all personalisation and delivery address are entered in correctly as these can not be amended after the card has been made.

5. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

6. To avoid any potential delays I recommend ordering personalised items at least 7 business days before the special occasion.

Your item will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class postage for free or you can choose 1st class postage for additional shipping fee.

All of our greeting cards are posted in please do not bend hard board backed envelopes to ensure your item arrived quickly and safely.

ITEM NOT ARRIVED BY DUE DATE?

I post all items within 6- 12 hours of receiving the order, its my commitment to you. 

Unfortunately, after I shipments are handed over to Royal Mail, I trust them to be deliver as addressed and on time. Sadly, I have no control over how well they do.. 

However as customer care is important to me I want to hear from you if you think the parcel is very late. All I request is that you use the messaging service rather than opening a request or case. 

Most buyers don't realise that opening a request or case affects our standing with eBay, which seems unfair when its out of my control.
