Control signal logic

Note: 0 is low level, 1 is high level, × is any level, and it is low level when floating.

COM is the signal ground, and 5VO is 5V output, which can provide 5V power for microcontrollers and other controllers; the PWM pin can be connected with PWM. If the button control method is used, the PWM pin should be connected with 5VO; IN1 and IN2 are the two-way motor forward and reverse , Brake (or brake) control signal.

Product parameter:

1. The power supply voltage is 6V-36V (the voltage is too low, the load current is large and the module is easy to damage, so the circuit board is marked as 9-36V). The power supply must not be reversed or exceed 37V, otherwise the module may be burned out. It is recommended to use the power supply A 20A fuse is connected in series at the input.

2. The drive does not provide heat dissipation. The rated current is 12A. For the rated current of 12A~15A, simple heat dissipation is required. For 15A~20A, thick heat dissipation is required. Motors with marked rated power of 370W~500W or marked rated current of 15A~20A need to be treated with thick and large heat dissipation;

2. Motor with rated voltage 24V

Mark the rated power of 200W and below or mark the rated current of below 12A, and the motor does not need heat dissipation for a long time at full capacity;

Mark the rated power of 200W~250W or mark the rated current of 12A~15A motor need to do simple heat dissipation treatment;

Motors with rated power of 250W~330W or rated current of 15A~20A need to be treated with thick and large heat dissipation;
