What's the difference between cotton and silicone filler ?

Cotton filling:

Advantages:Very light and no burden on weight. It looks good and can stand upright without the need to wear a bra.

Disadvantages:Not being able to follow the movement, it will be slightly rigid.

Liquid silicone:

Advantages:closer to the real chest, able to follow your movements and shake.

Disadvantages:It can be a bit heavy, because of gravity you may need to wear a bra to support it.
