1940's Rayon & Wool Blend Gabardine Suit by "Wiley-Samuelson Original". INCREDIBLY Hard to Find Embellishment at the Jacket of a Bi-Color Black & Tan Thin Soutache Cord in a Palm Tree & Tiki Hut Pattern. Padded Shoulders, Original Belt, Jacket fully-lined in Rayon Crepe, Notched rolled cuffs. Four Functional front pockets, the color is a cross between a saffron yellow and a beige, very unique. Jacket Bust measures Chest 34", Waist 25-26", Sleeve-20 1/2", shoulder to shoulder approx. 16" (dropped, no seam), length rear nape seam to hem 24 1/2". Skirt is unlined, Waist 26-27", Hip 37", Length 27". Side Metal Zipper, 2 eyes opposite the two metal hooks at inner waist are missing, as is the male snap, which was added. The rear vent seam of the skirt is let out a bit but I will let you sew this up as you see fit. Condition is Very Good and Wearable with some detractions, the most noteworthy being a scattering of small darkish specks and spots at the right shoulder/below it at the jacket (pic). No underarm Stains at the lining, No Fade, tiny moth hole near one button at jacket front (pic). Small moth hole at the front skirt hem with some small specks and a few lightish pink smudges (pics). There are a couple of off-color whitish spots here/there (pic) which are minor. Small moth hole at belt and wear to the fabric at the buckle. No odors, estate-direct-has not been dry-cleaned...BUY-IT-NOW!
