Book is clean and smoke-scent free. This is the 2nd printing of the book published in August 2008. The back cover has a deep crease at the top left corner that continues creasing at that spot in approximately the last half of volume; does not compromise legibility of text or graphics. There is also a small crease at bottom right corner and an original price sticker on back cover as well. There are numbers written in pencil on last page of text.
