Take measurements with a tape measure, write down your measurements and compare them with the table in our size guide to choose the right size. We advise you to have someone help you take your measurements.

Hold the tape horizontally to measure:

1. Chest, surround the part with more volume

2. Waist, surrounds the narrowest part

3. Hip, go around the widest part while standing with your feet together
