Found at an old New Orleans estate; This is a Rare Vintage Manneken Pis Young Napoleon III Glided Brass Sculpture Figurine.
He measures 4.5" tall.
Overall very good condition; gilding is faded; one of the stand's feet is lifted.(See photo 9).
