Economy Delivery Service

Dispatch: Your order will be processed and dispatched within the next working day after purchase (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Time: Your order will be sent as an economy class package (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) and be with you between 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) from being dispatched.

Next Day Delivery Service

Dispatch: Your order will be processed and dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday) as purchase if ordered before 12 noon.

Shipping Time: Your order will be sent via a next day delivery service, to ensure it will be with you within 24hours. (Monday to Friday). 

For a Next Day service option please visit our main website (eco-filtration).  Please note orders will need to be placed before the cut-off time of 12 noon to ensure next working day delivery. All orders placed after 12noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Order Cancellation, Changes to Orders & Rights to Return 

Order Cancellation or Changes to Orders.

Please ensure before placing an order that all details, including your delivery address and item are correct as they cannot be amended after an order is placed due to the high level of orders placed. Once an order has been placed it will be processed almost immediately. Unfortunately this means that we cannot prevent it from being dispatched, or amend the delivery address, or change the quantity or item being ordered, as it will be in amongst hundreds of other parcels in sealed, weighted bags awaiting collection by our couriers.

This means if you wish to cancel the order you will need to send the goods back to us once received. You will need to contact us once you received and obtain full return Authorisation and a unique return number.

Before contacting us regarding returns and faulty item please double check that our item(s) are not as they state in the item(s) description, such as dimensions and quantity.

Receiving the wrong size
If you believe you have received the wrong size item or the item(s) isn’t as stated, refer back and check the item(s) description before contacting. All item(s) have all the necessary information stated. Ensure you are measuring the correct Internal or external Diameter that is stated in the item(s) description.

British standard
Eco-filtrations ranges of products are all manufactured and produced to metric British standard. Eco-filtrations dedicated and committed team has over 50years experience and a name that is respected by koi and other fish pond enthusiasts around the globe. Eco-filtration can ensure all of its valued customers with the utmost confidence that all of the products that are on sale are the correct intended sizes that meet all the industry standards.

There are a number of circumstances when you may wish to cancel and/or return goods ordered. Should you find that an order placed is unsuitable for your requirements, the Company will provide you with a full refund for any UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) returned to us within 7 days of purchase. On such occasions, you must contact the Company in writing or by sending a message through ebay quoting your order number and the item(s) that you wish to be returned prior to returning the product(s).

Once the Company has received and acknowledged your requirement, they will provide you with the necessary procedure which you must ensure is followed. The Company will provide a full refund for these item(s) once received in original condition, excluding any carriage charges that may have been incurred when initially dispatching the order. Please also note it is your responsibility to get the item back to us at your cost in a new undamaged condition. When returning goods, we recommend that you use a courier or deliver them personally to our Head Office.

The Company accepts no responsibility for damage that is incurred in transit when returning goods, or for goods that are lost in transit. If the goods returned to us are faulty, we will not pay the return postage unless we have provided permission for the goods to be returned to us. We will only repay the shipping costs if agreed to a level of second class recorded, please do not return faulty goods to us using either a First Class or Special Delivery Service or without our permission first

Eco-Filtration was established in 2013, our committed and dedicated team has been a family-run business for 3 generations, specialising in manufacturing for over 50 years in England.

For the past 35 years, our main focus has been driven towards the koi/pond trade. In this time we have obtained an extensive range of products that are all manufactured in-house from raw materials. From a conceptual idea all the way through to a finished product that is in mass production all under one roof.

We are responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing a lot of the steeple products associated with the Koi/pond trade such as bottom drains, flanged and threaded tank connectors, ultraviolet sterilisers, aerators, weighted suction domes/retro drain, plus many other products that are essential in all pond and filter system builds.

Our in house manufacturing experience and expertise enables us to keep developing and innovating new products. We are always looking to improve existing products as well as coming up with new ideas. Over this time we have made a name for ourselves that is respected by koi and other fish pond enthusiasts around the globe.
