We then send this information to manufacturer for their decision either to grant or reject the warranty.
If warranty is granted we need the item to be sent back with return instructions provided. Once delivered and inspected we then send out a replacement.
Shipping is paid by the BUYER both ways to and from manufacturer for all warranty issues.
If you need a replacement before sending out a defective item (ex: replacing a shock absorber) we will take a refundable deposit for an item and ship the replacement and issue a refund once you send us back the defective item and manufacturer approves the warranty.

We try our best to ship orders within 24 hours. We have several stocking warehouses across USA & Canada and ship products from the closest stocking warehouse to you.
