The installation process is pretty simple:
(1) Simply plug in the USB installer and hold the <option/Alt> key then power on your Mac. Keep holding it until you see the boot menu.
(2) Select the macOS version you want to install.
(3) You might want to erase your hard drive using the "Disk Utility" (be sure to back up your data first - "Time Machine" recommended). You can recover your data after installation)
(4) Follow the wizard, and patiently wait for the installation process to complete.
