These cards were part of a collection of cards titled Warplanes which were issued between 1988 and 1993.

The cards were only available through subscription so are fairly rare.

The title is slightly misleading as the series does include some civilian planes, helicopters and some really interesting cards featuring famous historical pilots.

Apparently there is over 2000 cards in the complete set but we dont have a checklist to confirm this but if there is a specific card your after and you cant find it in our shop please just drop us a line and we will see if we have it

Each card features a specific subject matter with a photographic quality reprint in either colour, or black and white for the older pictures.

On the rear is an interesting overview covering the technical/historical aspects of the subject in question

Each card measures approx 6" x 6" (15cm x 15cm) and are ideal for framing.
