Shipping will occur on the following Monday to Wednesday after order is paid. This is to avoid the fish dying en route.

Please know we will follow the normal packing procedure done to ship fish.

We use a big bag and properly fill it with air and clean water.

We put your new fish in a tank to quarantine and lower the temp to bring down metabolism to make the trip easier for them.

We hand raise every fish or from our local Los Angeles wholesalers.
